Own It Realty was founded on January 1st, 2026, with a clear purpose: to build a lasting family legacy while continuing a tradition of trusted service within the Barbadian real estate market. Serving clients island-wide across Barbados, our company is rooted in the belief that real estate is not just about property, it’s about people, purpose, and possibility. The vision behind Own It Realty comes from our founder, Andrea Carrington, whose journey in the industry spans over 18 years in real estate and over 28 years in property management. Throughout her career, Andrea has guided families, investors, and first-time buyers through some of life’s most important decisions with honesty, patience, and care. Own It Realty was born from her desire to continue that service in a way that reflects her values, her experience, and her commitment to future generations. We are proudly a family-run business. Alongside Andrea are her children, Arian Carrington and Shermar Carrington, who have grown up around real estate and bring fresh energy, creativity, and modern insight to the company. Completing our team is our youngest member, Kyo Carrington, Andrea’s grandson and daily reminder of why legacy, mentorship, and community matter, he’s here to keep us smiling and grounded.
